The premier conference for female startup founders in Latin America takes place this year on November 6th and 7th at the Universidad del Pacífico campus in Lima, Peru.

The Pitch Competition seeks to attract and select female founders of high-growth startups specializing in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). We have many of these founders in Lima, including Mónica Abarca of Qaira and Ivonne Quiñones of Urbaner.
WeXchange is a platform that connects high-growth entrepreneurs in Latin America and the Caribbean with mentors and investors, founded by theMultilateral Investment Fund, the innovation lab of the IDB Group.
