Currently, I'm working at Emptor as Head of HR & Comms, where I work on exciting HR management challenges, the implementation of the agile framework and the increasingly diverse cultural needs of our workforce. I'm dedicated to make the Emptor family happy and aligned with our purpose as a company.
In my previous experiences, I've found different fields of interest where I could add value with my psychologist background. I've worked as a community psychologist at Semana Foundation with armed conflict victims in Colombia. Then worked as executive assistant for the CEO and communications analyst at Cobiscorp (a FinTech multinational). Moved on to being a marketing consultant at Penta, then started my clinical psychotherapy private practice and worked with children at the Learning & Psychology center.
